Rangtse Ney ,also known as Sangbe Rinchenling, is a sacred place of Guru Rinpoche. The place is located at the edge of Chego village under Gakiling Gewog.
In Lodruk Chojung (which was written by late Je Geshey Geden Rinchen the 69th Je khenpo) history records the origin and rise of Dharma in Bhutan, it is written that there is a sacred place of Guru Rinpoche called "Rinchen Shong" in southern Haa.This place could be the same one. According to the people of Ta-nga village, the two sacred place in Rangste were said to have been visited and consecrated by Lama Maniwa ,Lopen Sangye ,Lama Barawa, Geshe Kunga Rinchen or Miktsa Marp and Geshe Doti.

On the side of a rock inside the cave ,there is a Vajra of Guru, the Yoni of Dakini, a lotus flower and religious articles and instruments drum, horn, gyaling (shawn) ,etc. There are also images of Guru Dorji Drolo (the wrathful form of Guru Rinpoche ), dakini and Sangay Tongku ( thousands images of Buddha ) . Those with faith and good fortune can perceive an assemblage of hundred gods in peaceful and Wrathful forms.

Just before arriving at the entrance of the cave ,there is a magnificent tree believed to be the Bodhi tree; and the side of a rock ,there are various forms such as those of a scorpion a footprint of Guru Rinpoche as well as many other rocks in different shapes and sizes with interesting features.
Later His Majesty the King graced the inauguration of Rangtse Nye in Haa. The sacred place in Gakiling Gewog is more popularly known as Sangbe Nye, aptly describing its secret location among the hills.
